It;s always good to be renewed. Whether it's magazine subscriptions, renting leases, or just regular ole relaxation, it's good to feel renewed. Sometimes I let myself get jaded, blind to the good that can happen, letting the bad rip a current through my optimism mechanism. From the activities portion of a random guy I met tonight:

I had forgotten how easy and quick peace and renewal can come.
